I am a passionate advocate for diversity and Inclusion. I have held several management positions across 5 European countries in the past 15 years. I have experience in scaling early-stage startups, creating sustainable growth, coaching and mentoring and advocating for the Neurodivergent community. In the past couple of years, I have been working at Google helping businesses grow using Google Ads and as the Neurodiversity Advocacy lead for Google Ireland. I also have experience as a Non-executive director and board advisor.
My mission is to provide coaching services to help advance your career, identify areas of growth, enhance your leadership skills through emotional intelligence, improve your decision-making abilities, increase self awareness and resilience.
I also specialize in coaching neurodivergent individuals on how to navigate the workplace and find ways to make your career work for you.
My coaching practice is neuro-affimative, LGBTQIA+ and Trans friendly.
I am currently employed at Google in Dublin as a Senior Client Lead, I am also the co-chair of Google's Disability Employee resource group (the Disability Alliance) and the Neurodiversity Advocacy lead for Google Ireland. I am an ICF certified coach, both at Google and via my company The Neurodiversity Advantage.
I am also a visiting policy research fellow at Cambridge University's ThinkLab - ThinkLab is an incubator of creativity and innovation, most notably by bridging the academic and business worlds to solve pressing real-life challenges. I contribute to topics ranging from Future of work to the use of AI as a tool for disability inclusion to the design of accessible physical and digital space that foster belonging.
I identify as neurodivergent and I am proud to bring a unique perspective to the world of coaching by helping people reach their goal.
